8443 Warner is the perfect place for private parties of up to 150 guests. The lounge is large and the furniture is new. The kitchen counters are butcher block and the bathroom is like a spa. The 1500 sq. ft. main room can be arranged to accommodate any function and has a dance floor with pre-hung disco lights.
Play your own iTunes from your laptop through our wireless AirTunes or directly plug in an iPod. The Bose speakers drench the space in 5.1 Dolby surround sound. Or watch your favorite sports event through the Epson projector on the 12'Hx 20"W projection screen.

ReplyDeleteHi Mary Ann,
Took a look at this place last night and this morning. This area is in the light industry area of Culver City, meaning it’s non-residential and non-retail, but there are no smokestacks. Most of the buildings on the block look to be large-scale warehouses. The block is undergoing gentrification. One of the buildings is now a school, another is an art studio. 8443 is probably part of the process having been turned into a reception hall. The building right next to it is currently undergoing extensive renovation. They’ve stripped it down to the foundation and girders.
I think some people would think the neighborhood to be edgy and artistic. Some might get turned off by the surroundings. Parking might be a problem, but I’ve never been to a reception where that wasn’t the case.
